Agreement
By using tlblindsco.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
Who we are

Measurements & custom orders
Every blind is made to the dimensions you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of your measurements. TL Blinds Co is not responsible for blinds ordered at incorrect dimensions. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help before production starts.
Pricing, payment, and taxes
- Prices are shown in USD on the site and are final at the time you place an order.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment processor at checkout.
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on the shipping address.
Share-to-save 15% discount
Sharing our site on Facebook unlocks a one-time 15% discount that applies automatically at checkout on the current order. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, has no cash value, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Installation and warranty
- Professional installation ($399): our team measures, installs, and stands behind the blinds for their lifetime. Lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal operating hardware, not damage from misuse, accidents, or modification.
- Self-installation: ships ready to mount with instructions and video guides, and is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Self-installed blinds are not covered for installation-related damage.
Warranty claims should be sent to tlblindsco@gmail.com with photos and your order details.
Returns and cancellations
Because every blind is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. If a blind arrives damaged or doesn't match the ordered specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Shipping and installation scheduling
Lead times are estimates; unexpected delays with suppliers or shipping partners can occur. We'll keep you informed and reschedule installation as needed.
Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by trying to break into accounts, scrape at abusive rates, or interfere with how the site works. We may suspend access to anyone who does.
Intellectual property
The site's text, images, and design are owned by TL Blinds Co or its licensors and are provided for personal, non-commercial browsing. Please don't copy or republish them without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, TL Blinds Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless a different forum is required by consumer-protection law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
